How does Woddle™ track a baby's sleep?

There are two different ways you can use Woddle™ to track your baby's sleep:

 

1. You can enter it on the Woddle™ Smart Changing Pad screen manually.

2. You can enter it on the Woddle Baby™ app on your companion application on your mobile device.

How does Woddle™ track a baby's feeding?

To keep track of your baby's feedings, you can record them either from the Woddle™ Smart Changing Pad's on-device screen or from the Woddle Baby™ app.

What are the dimensions and weight of Woddle™?

Can the Woddle™ Smart Changing Pad be used for more than one child?

Yes. The Woddle™ system is designed to handle mulitple family members and multiple children on the same family account.

How accurate is the Woddle™'s weight scale?

Woddle™'s smart pad is able to weigh babies up to 50lbs. Woddle has 4 weight sensors (as opposed to 1), allowing us to accurately measure even the most active babies.

What power source does the Woddle™ require?

Your device comes with a power cord that will need to be plugged into a standard power outlet.

How does the AI parent coach help me with my baby?

The AI parent coach is your parenting assistant. It's activated by voice command and is accessible via the Woddle Baby™ app. It keeps track of your baby's wellness and shares updates with you so you're able to make better parenting decisions.

 

It's also able to assist with any questions you have when it's a challenge that you've never faced before. The AI will always recommend you seek the advice of a medical professional after it has made an assessment.

Is Woddle™ safe? Does it emit harmful radiation?

Woddle™ is completely safe. It's designed to protect your baby's health and meets Consumer Product Safety Commission standards.

Is my data secure with Woddle™?

Woddle™ keeps your data encrypted and secure. 

Can Woddle really calm my baby when it's crying and can't sleep?

Woddle™ comes equipped with night time soft lights and speakers for white noise. 

What's the maximum weight can Woddle™ handle?

50lbs, or 22kgs

How old can my baby be for Woddle™?

Woddle™ is for babies up to 3 years old.

Is Woddle™ hard or soft?

Woddle™ comes equipped with a soft foam pad and has an extra cushioned layer at both ends to make sure the baby's head is well-adjusted no matter how the baby is placed on the pad.

Can I delete my account on the Woddle™ App and all my data?

Yes, you can permanently delete your account on the Woddle Baby™ App through the "More" tab. Please be advised that all activities will be lost and this action is not reversible.
