Shadi is a recent mother of two young children and the founder of Woddle. Having experienced and overcome the challenges of being a pregnant, working mother during a global pandemic, Shadi is passionate about identifying and providing solutions to the problems surrounding child-care, especially as it relates to babies.
Shadi is also a Senior Manager at Twitter Shared Services & Transformations leading its Global BPO partnership in Finance. She is a seasoned leader with broad experience in Business Process Outsourcing and Shared Services. She specializes in formulating BPO strategy, building strong BPO governance infrastructure, creating executive performance dashboards and driving transformational roadmaps.
In addition, Shadi has prior experience working for world-class companies, such as Deloitte, Bank of Montreal and Scotiabank. She has substantial expertise in strategic sourcing, contract negotiations and program management in a variety of industries including financial services, energy, public sector, technology, transportation and manufacturing.
